LGBTQ Relationships Life Meaning

A Deeper Look At Yourself

Understanding Your Core Values

LGBTQ Relationships Meditation

/  ASK YOURSELF THESE TWO QUESTIONS:

1. What do "I" truly want from life?

2. What is "my" purpose for being alive?

IMPORTANT! Find a time when it's quiet, you're alone, and in good spirits.

1. Let go of your thoughts and relax your mind (TIP: visit www.Calm.com free options).

2. Take 5-10 minutes to ponder these questions.

3. Afterwards, write down the first 2 answers that come to mind (one for each).

If these two answers bring you closer to a meaningful relationship, then you're likely already prepared to REALLY date. This means, your life's values and aspirations reinforce the development of a genuinely loving and meaningful relationship. If not, you may want to re-evaluate whether you're ready to be in a long-term relationship at this point.

Your ability to honestly answer these two questions is critical. This will allow you to understand where you are in life TODAY. It will also help you discern areas of struggle which can prevent you from attaining the life you might want in the FUTURE for a more meaningful and loving partnership.

If you're searching for more meaning in your life, here is a description of our FHIT core values that can aid you in your search for a stronger bond and emotional connection that can be the foundation for a healthy and successful long-term relationship and eventually even marriage. /  YOUR CORE VALUES

Our core values reflect outwardly. People will quickly recognize them while we also attract those of similar values. So get to know yourself and become aware of how you can become a more loving and selfless life-partner. As you do date, you'll recognize these same values in others. Then, you'll also know who is and isn't worth devoting your time.

There is no better time than NOW to get to know yourself more profoundly. You might just realize a new and undiscovered part of you!
